A forum has been created called PAX FIDES, Latin for peace on faith. Fides also means trust. Whether it be in yourself, in your fellow human beings or in God - if you want.

A world where you cannot have faith or trust, is a lonely and pitiful world.

PAX FIDES wants PEACE in all its forms. It makes no distinction as to race, culture or religion.

It runs parallel to the forum PAX HUMANITAS, Latin for peace for humanity.

In both forums human values are at the centre. In FIDES they are approached more from the viewpoint of religions, in HUMANITAS more from the viewpoint of politics, economics and business.

PAX FIDES DAY
On 7.7.7 or on Saturday, July 7, 2007 PAX FIDES and PAX HUMANITAS organized a PAX FIDES DAY worldwide.

A day for peace and non-violence. And a day for peace and friendship.
